The Frigatebird is one of the bird world's most accomplish fliers. It is so skilled in the air that it can ride out a hurricane. Has an inflatable red pouch to attract a female It is known a gular sac it is easy to identified. They are kleptoparasites, meaning that they regularly steal food from others. They attack birds in midair forcing them to drop their catch. Abundant in both the Pacific and Caribbean coasts. They lived most of their life in the air.

La Fragata es uno de los pájaros que mejor vuelan en el mundo. Son muy ágiles y pueden escaparse de los fuertes vientos de un huracán. Tiene una bolsa de color rojo inflable llamado saco gular para llamar la atención de las hembras. Ellos son kleptoparásitos que roban las presas de otros pájaros en vuelo.  Abundante en los dos océanos colombianos.  Viven la mayor parte de su vida volando.
